Mf19 Platform Terms & Conditions
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the mf19 platform. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein. Please read carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the mf19 platform — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other device — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. mf19 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is intended for users aged 18 and above. By using mf19's services, you confirm that you have reached the legal age of majority under Malaysian law.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to register only one (1) account on the mf19 platform. Multiple registrations are prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. mf19 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to comply with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact the mf19 support team immediately at [email protected].
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Use a strong and unique password for your account.
- Log out after every session, especially on shared devices.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users of the mf19 platform agree to comply with all of the following rules at all times:
- Not to use the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
- Not to attempt to hack, manipulate, or interfere with the security or integrity of the platform's systems.
- Not to use any automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written consent from mf19.
- Not to distribute content that is offensive, threatening, fraudulent, or that infringes the rights of any third party through this platform.
- Not to take any action that could damage the reputation or operations of mf19.
Mf19 reserves the right to investigate and take action against any violations, including account termination, balance holds, and legal action where necessary.
4. Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)
All financial transactions on the mf19 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include local bank transfers, approved e-wallets, and other payment methods listed in your account wallet settings.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all financial transactions are made using an account registered in their own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be declined and returned without notice.
Withdrawals are subject to a verification process that may require supporting documents. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to several business days. mf19 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Any attempt to process transactions linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the associated account will be terminated immediately.
5. Liability, Intellectual Property & Account Policy
Limitation of Liability
Mf19 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses from betting activity. Users acknowledge that all betting activities carry inherent risk and that all gaming decisions are solely the user's personal responsibility.
Intellectual Property
All content on the mf19 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of mf19 or its respective licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use any such content without prior written consent.
Account Suspension & Closure
Mf19 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons: violation of these terms, suspected fraud or illegal activity, failure to comply with identity verification procedures, or at mf19's absolute discretion to protect the integrity of the platform. Users whose accounts are closed due to violations may be ineligible to re-register.
Third-Party Links
The mf19 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. mf19 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to those sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Mf19 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Users are advised to check this page periodically. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
